The combination of your customer identification and password enables you to be uniquely identified to Total Funding Internet services. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Never disclose your password to anyone, even if the person claims they're asking for it on behalf of Total Funding. We will never ask for you password over the phone or in person nor will we request it through email or the internet.

Total Funding has also taken a proactive approach to protect your important confidential information when transmitted through a secure and encrypted email. We have subscribed to an email encryption service. With secure email service, we can quickly and privately send statements, lending documents, and other important confidential information to you in an encrypted format, thereby protecting your information in a highly secure manner.

Total Funding will not be responsible for customer errors or negligent use of this service and will not reimburse you for losses stemming for careless handling or sharing of passwords resulting in inadvertently authorized access to your accounts.
